Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment to allow yourself time to check - in and change at a leisurely pace.

As a courtesy to you as well as our other guests, treatment times are reduced for late arrivals in order to accommodate our next scheduled guest.

To maintain our serene environment, we request that ringers on pagers and cell phones be silenced.

We all have children and we love them, but in order to keep a relaxing, quiet atmosphere, please leave them at home with your family, unless they are receiving services from us.

Guests must shower prior to arrival for massage.

Do not eat before the massage or if necessary, eat something very light.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full amount.

We request that you disclose and update the therapist of any medical condition and/or prescription medications you are taking as some service may be contra - indicated.

Gift Certificates cannot be combined or exchanged with any other offer or service.

Gift Certificate must be presented at the time of your session.

All our Gift Certificates are good for a year, so you have a year to redeem it.

All returned checks will be charged a 35.00 dollars processing fee.
